- Make a list of the Top 10 things you are grateful for; yes you have to pick 10!
- Fill in the blanks on your Gratitude List.
- Place the Gratitude List some where you will see it daily like your bedside of your bathroom mirror.
- Read the list daily and truly FEEL grateful for each item on your list.
- Watch your life improve :-)
