Do you hit the snooze button, do you read your goals or do you take time to plan a successful day? What about your fitness habits? Is fitness a priority where you park a little further away in a parking lot to squeeze in a few extra steps or do you park in the closest spot?
Other habits to consider include: how do you manage stress, how many hours do you sleep, do you floss your teeth daily and do you make it a must to drink water?
Take notice of your daily habits and see if they are truly helping you reach your goals. Remember, your habits can make your life outstanding!
A scorpion is a gorgeous cheerleading stunt that is actually very versatile as it can be done in a prep for a full elevator and it can be combined with other stunts for a great sequence. For example, you can add a scale or arabesque before or after the scorpion.
Quick Stunt Tip: PRACTICE the scorpion on the ground before you try it in the air. Remember, this takes great flexibility so it will happen over time so just be persistent and practice :-)
