The cheerleading "T" motions is used for SO MANY things! Of course you can use them in your cheers, chants and dance routines, but you can also use them to make sure your lines are spaced correctly. Here are some tips to have great "T" motions:
"T" : With the "T" motion, your arms are in a "T" formation with your fists holding 2 buckets of water. Do not raise your shoulders, just relax them to your normal walking position.
"Half T" : Same as the "T" motion, just bend your arms in.
